Arnold picked up a camera for the first time in the late eighties. What started as an instinct, a need for quiet and focus during a restless period, grew into something he never put down. It taught him to observe sharply, to take direction, and to trust his own visual instinct. That built discipline brought a deep calm and authority the moment he steps onto a set.

He describes his work as a sober, refined aesthetic. Not trends, but choices. The way he sets the light, the way he translates an idea into an image, without overcomplication. He draws inspiration from photographers like Peter Lindbergh and Patrick Demarchelier. Timeless work. Images that hold.

Arnold's second shoot with unlundi, after the Autour de Nous campaign in Paris, focused on the pure connection between model, clothing and atmosphere. What he remembers most is the moment the studio light, the styling and the mood fused into exactly the concept we had envisioned together. A refined aesthetic emerging through calm, considered choices. That moment confirmed for him the strength of this collaboration.

Something we will not forget about working with him: you know when he has the shot because he gives a small nod, turns, and walks away.

Juliette came across Chisanga on the street. There was something in the way she carried herself, an intrigue that made it impossible to walk past. We knew immediately she was the one. She has lived in several places, South Africa among them, and now calls Amsterdam home. She works as a strategist, turning ideas into experiences through research, design and storytelling, and has written a children's book. On set, she moved with the same grace she brings to pole dancing, fully herself, completely in her body. It is what makes her so special.

Terezina, who we have worked with before and were so glad to spend time with again, brought out the beauty that was already there. Her work is natural and close to the person in front of her, and her energy is matched by the serene and calm way she works and observes.
