Shipping
Delivery time varies per piece. Some are in stock and ready to ship, while others are made to order especially for you. The product page shows the specific delivery time for each piece.
Once your order is ready to ship, delivery takes up to fourteen working days, depending on your location.
At present, we ship exclusively to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are dispatched from Amsterdam and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please write to assistance@unlundi.com with your order number and details of the piece(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Please do not return anything without writing to us first.
Once your return has been approved, you can send the piece(s) back to us. It must be unworn and in its original condition, complete with pouch and packaging, exactly as received.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the piece shows signs of wear, is incomplete, or has not been returned in its original condition.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, which may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect or damaged orders
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or if your piece is defective or damaged, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at assistance@unlundi.com.
Care & repairs
If your piece requires repair, please write to assistance@unlundi.com with your order number, a brief description, and photographs. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Please note that repairs are charged unless the damage stems from a manufacturing fault, and we reserve the right to decline repairs resulting from improper or careless handling.
