Each unlundi piece is handcrafted in ateliers where precision and care are valued, making every item unique with its own character and charm. Working closely with our ateliers and through careful inspection, we ensure the craftsmanship you receive.

jewellery

Our jewellery is handcrafted in Spain, crafted from sterling silver and rhodium plated for lasting beauty and brilliance. Rhodium is one of the rarest and most valuable precious metals, prized for its exceptional durability and resistance to tarnishing and oxidation. This protective layer keeps your jewellery bright and maintains its lustre over time, while requiring minimal maintenance.

For the Odette pendant, every Tahitian pearl is unique by nature, and we select each one carefully from a reliable source close to where they are cultivated. Worn often, your pearl only benefits, as the natural oils from your skin help it keep its lustre. When you are not wearing it, we recommend storing it separately in our pouch, to protect its surface.

belts

Our belts are handcrafted in Italy using premium LWG-certified leather. The Leather Working Group certification guarantees the leather comes from tanneries audited for sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.

Our buckles are handcrafted in Milan from lead and nickel free brass, finished with palladium plating, a precious metal that ensures exceptional durability and resistance to tarnishing. As lead and nickel are left out entirely, our buckles are also suitable for those with a sensitivity or allergy to these metals.

general care

Each piece comes in an unlundi pouch, handmade by our mother in her own atelier, from natural fabrics kept from stock, so that nothing is ever lost. We recommend keeping your jewellery and belts in this pouch when not in use to protect them from scratches, and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. When needed, gently clean with a soft cloth. We also recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products, and removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.

repairs

If your piece requires repair, please write to assistance@unlundi.com with your order number, a brief description, and photographs. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If a repair is needed due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair or replace your piece free of charge. For repairs resulting from other causes, or from improper or careless handling, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or decline it.
